Printable overlay (by inkjet print or laser print)                                                  Material Composition:
  Printing method: Inkjet printer (Epson R210 or R230 is recommended)
                                 Laser printer (Epson C900 or C1100)
  Laminating type: press laminating
  Thickness: 0.06mm, 0.08mm, 0.10mm, etc.
  Size:210x297mm, 200x250mm, or as per your requirement, or in roll type

 Steps:1.Design in computer, you may use Coreldraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, etc. software to make design in your computer
 2.Put the printable film into the inkjet printer (Epson R210 is recommended), print. You may print two pieces, one as front side of the card, one as backside.
 3.Put the printed film with core PVC sheet into big laminator for lamination, please laminate like this: Printed film + core PVC sheet + Printed film (Note: there is a paper on the backside of the printable film, please do not remove it when printing. When laminating, you have two choices, first, if you remove it before laminating, the laminating result is shiny, if you remove it after laminating, the laminating result is matte. You may choose laminating result according to your own requirement)
 4.After laminating, put the laminated sheet into automatic puncher for punching
 5.After punching, you will get a final cards
